Trade Idea For the Colts

This is an idea for a trade for the Colts that I have come up with that would benefit the Colts and the team they would be trading with. 

Colts Trade

Pep Hamilton Offensive Coordinator

Trent Richardson Running Back

49ers Trade

Jim Harbaugh Head Coach

2016 3rd Round Draft Pick

This trade would benefit both sides because Pep Hamilton could become the 49ers new coach and be a new voice in the locker room which the 49ers desperately need. Also, Frank Gore is getting up there in age so they could use another running back to go with Carlos Hyde, Trent Richardson could benefit from a change of scenery and a better offensive line both of which San Francisco has. For the Colts, Jim Harbaugh has a connection with Andrew Luck as he was Luck's coach at Stanford, I think that him and Rob Chudzinski could be co-offensive coordinators and Harbaugh would give a fiery voice to the team. Also, the Colts would be getting rid of Trent Richardson and it is time they separate. It's obvious that Trent is not a good NFL running back, he cannot run the ball past the 1st hit and he can't block Andrew Luck. I think a 3rd round pick in 2016 is fair value because we are also taking Harbaugh off their hands so they do not have to pay him anymore and he is causing more trouble to the 49ers than Richardson is to us, and we are already giving them a head coach as well.
