Scoring for 2016 World Open

The scoring in my tournament will be determined by a randomizer website. There will be two sets of possible scores added to the website, one will be for the current PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, and European Tour players under the age of 50 who have played in the past year (yes including Steven Bowditch), and one will be for the players over 50, amateurs, and non golfers who qualified for the tournament. There will be 100 possible scores weighted by likelihood for the 1st tier and they will range from 59-90, and the 2nd tier will also be weighted by likelihood and scores will range from 59-140. Note course is a par 72. I know this scoring system is flawed, ideally I'd like to have a system for each player but that just isn't reasonable. I am open for any suggestions people may have on how to improve this for next year. For the final round I am considering doing each persons score per hole. There will be a cut after Day 2 and the top 100 players and ties will make it to the weekend.
