Colts Preview
Well when it looks like the Colts are starting to get in a groove to make a run for a playoff spot, Andrew Luck gets a concussion and he’s going to be out for what will be a huge game on Thursday Night Football vs the Steelers. In his place will be Scott Tolzien, who is best known for starting a few games a few years ago for the Packers when Aaron Rodgers was injured, and he did not do well at all. Luck has been sacked 35 times this season, by far the most in the NFL and has been hit much much more, so it was just a matter of time before he got injured again. This offensive line problem has been an issue for so long that you wonder how much longer Andrew Luck’s career will be. On another note, I expect this to be a big game for Frank Gore as the Steelers run defense leaves a little something to be desired.
Fantasy
The only Colts players who I’d consider starting are Gore and Vinatieri. We don’t know how good Tolzien will be and who will get the primary targets with him at QB, you’d hope its TY but when Matt Hasselbeck was the backup a few years ago, TY got a significant decrease in targets. But we do know that someone will, so I expect either TY, Moncrief, or Doyle to have a big game.
Prediction
Steelers 49 Colts 10
